PRINCIPLES OF PURCHASE
1. Gift Voucher entitles you to a one-time admission to any room ZORKOUT Escape Rooms
2. Voucher purchase can be made in cash at the premises at 28 Spichrzowa Street in Gdańsk or transfer to the bank account with title: “Payment for voucher no.” In the case of payment by wire transfer, contact the organizer to determine the individual voucher number and email address to be sent.
3. The voucher is only sent after the funds have been credited to the account.
4. Voucher can be redeemed for a specific amount.
5. If the value of the game exceeds the value of the voucher, the additional payment is made by game participants to be redeemed for a specified amount.
6. In case the value of the game is lower, the value of the voucher will be reduced by a given amount. The remaining amount from the voucher can be used at another time.
7. The voucher can be used within 3 full months from the first day of the month following the date of purchase.
8. There is no possibility of extending validity of Voucher. After the 3-month deadline, the voucher is invalid.
9. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash
